Brisbane McGrath Engineering Consultants Ltd (BME) (previously N Brisbane & Associates) have been providing services to the region since 1989. We are leading Caribbean based consulting firms specializing in structural and civil engineering design services as well as real estate development strategy planning and project management services.
The Brisbane group of consulting firms (including BOA Architects) have consulted and collaborated on well over 10,000 acres of master planning and development consulting projects in the Eastern Caribbean. We have been involved with well over 200 (individual commercial and residential as well as numerous development projects) all successful projects within the region.
Each member of our team also has extensive background and experience in working with overseas consultants and clients.
At BME we design to the highest standards including Caribbean, US, UK and international building codes. BME also understands the challenging requirements of construction in the Caribbean environment. The Caribbean region is susceptible to seismic and hurricane activity and BME has the specialized capabilities and experience to design to meet the regions requirements and design criteria. Standards that engineering firms from outside of the Caribbean region may not be familiar with.
