Nick is a proven performer instrumental in structural and building and civil engineering planning, design and project management and real estate strategy planning services over the past 28 years. He has a talent for making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges and then developing and leading the resulting action plans. He leads the coordination of design criteria, design process, working drawings, tender and site quality control issues. He has directly been involved in the concept planning and administration of well over 200 projects in the Eastern Caribbean region. Also has an extensive and successful track record as a real estate developer in multi - unit residential villa resort projects.

Nick has had the unique experience of being confronted with risk management financial issues on a first hand basis and therefore he has a full understanding of risk assessment issues from both the consulting firm’s approach and from the Client’s perspective.
